During the HCG Diet, most people find brisk daily walking and isometric-type of exercises help tone and tighten underlying muscles and increase an overall sense of well being. Our product line has been designed to help complement and support your internal system, as well as your 'external' system. PORTABLE INFRARED SAUNA:

This protocol includes dry body brushing before you use your sauna to get the blood circulation and the lymph moving better to get the fat out of the body quicker. Then after you're done using your sauna, just hop in the shower and exfoliate all that dead, dry skin off so your skin can breathe and feel refreshed. Exfoliating with the specially designed gloves and our Concentrated Citrus Body Wash, will help increase lymphatic drainage and allow for better removal of the circulating toxins. In order to get your body releasing that deep down, trapped fat, you need to create internal thermal heat.
