I used the Detox Kit along with the sauna. Prior to doing that, I felt sluggish and tired all the time. There was nothing medically wrong with me so I thought maybe (based on information I read) I could just have lots of toxicity in my body. I thought it was worth a try! After 30 days of using the detox kit and sauna I felt 100% better! I continue to use the Liquid Detox Drops daily and the sauna 3 or 4 times a week. The sauna is easy to use and I can watch TV or read a book while I use it!

I got this to detox, but have lost 3 pounds in a couple of weeks when using it! An extra side benefit that I am REALLY HAPPY about.
