Cellulite Scrub
This Natural Cellulite Scrub is an excellent mixture designed to exfoliate the dead surface skin and increase stimulation to reduce toxins and trapped fluids in troublesome cellulite areas.
The essential oils in the GOLDEN ESSENCE Concentrated Citrus Body Wash specifically work to increase lymphatic drainage and better toxin removal and allow for a quick and easy scrub recipe.
Directions:
In a medium size bowl, combine corn meal, ground oatmeal and sea salt. Gently stir in GOLDEN ESSENCE Concentrated Citrus Body Wash
For use in the shower: Wet skin and exfoliating gloves. Add a small amount of scrub mixture to gloves, gently rub and exfoliate trouble areas with circular motions. Do not apply with too firm a hand pressure; let the product and the gloves
do the work. When finished, rinse skin thoroughly and gently pat dry.
Follow with GOLDEN ESSENCE Oil Free Body Lotion for extra protection to keep skin soft and moist. and mix well. After using, store in a glass jar with a tight-sealing lid.
